It’s not everyday I get to take my camera out for a spin at an airshow. Here is a photo that I think came out very well. There are others I’ll add to this post .
Oh WOW Nick, these photos are the Bomb, awesome photos, great pics to look back on. I’m so happy you had a chance to do this and enjoy this outing. Wish I was there with you. Only been once to these events, so long ago.
This helps bring back some recollected memories. Keep on taking these interesting photos, I’m sure your all geared up for more
Expensive gifts. Money was probably tight. Daddy didn’t have a great camera either. I only woke up to enjoy taking pics later on in life. It’s a time-consuming hobby, would have enjoyed taking professional pics for weddings because that’s where most of the money is I think…..
There were always second hand cameras . We were boxed in. I was too afraid to do anything because of the tongue lashing I’d get afterward. I remember when I bought my first hifi in university mommy said ” Skartate ta lefta sas ” . I am not saying they weren’t good parents but you’ve got to think outside the box if you want to be a good parent. You know , send your child for aptitude tests. See what he’s suited for . Encourage them to pursue who they are. Not sit in some mental prison and go get a job .

I should have had a great camera from when I was 15 years old at least. We were always kept in dodoland wondering how other people do things.
